Xbox 360 Plus Red Light, Equals Broken

Many have bought and owned one Xbox 360 and because of this many have also despaired and encounter the red light. These little red rings that appear after you have pushed the reset button on your console means that you are Xbox 360 will now stop working. Now you are wondering if this really happened you hope that by turning it off and letting the Xbox rest for a couple that maybe it will get fixed. I have bad news, it will not.

There is really not a problem with your console even if you bought a secondhand one. There is just a problem with the alignment of the wires. Because of this your game was suddenly halted without warning. To explain it in simple terms, there is a problem in the cooling system of your unit and because of this you are Xbox 360 tends to overheat just like a car stops when you forget to put water in to cool it.

But you should have noticed though of the signs that your console was almost heating up, like there were times when your character freezes up but fortunately the game continues. Another sign would be that little squares are now clearly seen out of the flawless graphic and little lines are also visible on the screen.

Now you are frustrated and writing a very long complaint letter to Microsoft about their faulty merchandise and you expect them to move immediately and solve the problem. After doing that you rush to your computer and now start to write a very angry blog and distribute through the internet. A few weeks there still no reply, now you found yourself in a desperate situation that you start searching the web for a way to fix your Xbox and you found a couple. Note to the wise, do not believe these posts about fixing you console because majority does not work.

If you want to blame someone then this would be the company Microsoft. The reason behind this faulty alignment is because they were in a hurry to be the first to release the first new generation console they made the cooling system too small and thus the reason for the red lights that mean overheating. Even though they knew their mistake they still did not say anything and waited for the buyers themselves to discover such a flaw.

But because of the outrage and angry complaints they received the company has agreed to fix the problem. Those who called the company received a message saying just send your unit in. Easy enough, but this comes with a price. The repairs takes SIX WEEKS to complete which means a lot of down time that affects your gaming career and the amount of payment is as the same as buying a new unit.

This has sparked more complaints through the World Wide Web and those who bought these consoles are beginning to lose faith and are now considering other console brands. But there has also been good that has spread to the net. Many have now discovered how to fix the red light problem and this can be done by almost anyone. This has been proven to be successful so for now the threat of the Xbox 360 red light has been answered.
